To keep this disaster from happening, here are some healthy suggestions:

- Floss once per day
- Get regular checkups
- Your Dentist may prescribe a fluoride gel or varnish
- Consider using a fluoride mouth rinse
- Save candy, cookies, soda, and other sugary drinks for special occasions and not before bedtime
